All care will be delivered to you by Doctors of Physical Therapy and physical therapy assistants.

FlexAbility has been founded by Dr. Jennifer Doyle, PT who is also the owner of Rise Up Performance Therapy which has 2 locations in Erie, PA. Jennifer had a vision to create a more affordable way for active individuals to get the physical help they need without worrying about tapping into the medical field with doctors vistis, referrals, and the use of health insurance. Think of FlexAbility as the athletic training that you wish you still had access to. Feel free to stop in for a quick dry needling session, a kinesio taping, or Normatec with our 15 minutes express services. We encourage to sign up for a 60 minute stretching session. Each visit will be customized towards the specific needs you have every time you walk in our door.

  1. Stretching Programs: Our expert movement specialists provide a variety of stretching techniques to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and enhance muscle recovery. Whether you're a professional athlete, anweekend warrior, or an individual who just like to be more flexible and feel better- our stretching programs can help you perform better and reduce the risk of pain or injuries.

  2. Athletic Training Services: We offer comprehensive athletic training programs designed to optimize performance in various sports and activities. Our movement specialists are well-versed in the latest training methodologies and can help you develop strength, agility, speed, and endurance tailored to your sport-specific requirements. We also offer recovery tools you would see in a traditional athletic training room including Normatec, ice bath, electrical stimulation, taping as well as non-traditional services including dry needling, cupping, graston, etc.

  3. Injury Prevention: We understand that injuries can be setbacks in your fitness journey. That's why we prioritize injury prevention through targeted exercises and education on proper technique and body mechanics. By addressing potential risk factors and implementing preventative measures, we aim to keep you on track and help you avoid common athletic injuries. We have a variety of screening tools to evaluate and find your strengths and weaknesses. We utilize the GOATA program in order to take video and pictures of your movement which we then analyze with you in the same visit. We have 4-16 week programs to help improve structure/posture as well as strength and flexibility.
